We're here to help middle and high schoolers follow Christ in a world that often rejects Him and welcome others in a world that often rejects them. We are a place where anybody can belong, and we would love for you to join us!
We want today's youth to know they are a vital part of today's church. That's why our students worship as part of the congregation during our 8:15 and 10:30 services. (Students are welcome to sit together- usually in the front pews on the left side of the sanctuary- but we also like to see families sitting together!) Additionally, a number of our students serve in ministries like Antioch Kids on Sunday mornings.
In September, we're planning to move the 8:45 service up to 8:15 and resuming Sunday School from 9:30-10:15 in the Teen Center. This is a time when we’ll really get to know the Bible! Each week will focus on a different bible story, and we’ll discuss how that story shapes our lives.
Welcome to Thirst! Meeting from 5:30-7:00 in the Teen Center (the older-looking church building), this is a student-led worship service designed to encourage youth to follow Christ in a world that often rejects Him and welcome others in a world that often rejects them. A typical evening begins with everyone simply hanging out. We'll usually play some kind of game to help the students get to know each other (having fun together helps produce healthy, supportive relationships). We'll also sing a few songs, have a lesson, and split up into small groups to discuss the lesson. Again, we are a place where anybody can belong, and we would love for you to join us!
Wednesday Nights (beginning in October)
Wanting to dig deeper into faith? In October, our Wednesday night programs will resume, and we welcome middle and high schoolers to join our discussion! We meet in the Teen Center from 6:30 to 7:30. (We also invite you to join us for a meal in the Fellowship Hall at 5:30. During the month of September you will need to provide your own meal.)
