Mom’s Bible Study is now part of the MomCo (formerly MOPS) organization! This is short for “Mom Community.” We believe motherhood is not meant to be done alone; therefore, we meet with the purpose of encouraging & pointing one another to Christ. This summer we will meet on the following dates from 9:30-11am in the fellowship hall: June 17, July 8, & July 22. Each meeting will include video teaching, discussion questions & a short activity. Childcare is available. Feel free to invite a friend or neighbor to join you! Please RSVP to Joy Turner at (678) 617-2028 if you are able to attend. 


 

 

June 20—Family Father’s Day Breakfast: In honor of Father’s Day, we invite your family to join for breakfast us at 9:00 in our fellowship hall. Please sign up in the side foyer to help us plan.


 

According to the Caregiving in the US 2025 report by AARP and the National Alliance for Caregiving, approximately 63 million Americans are now family caregivers – nearly 1 in 4 adults. Were you aware that Antioch has a support group for caregivers? You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support. The best time to build your support system is while you still have the energy and time to use it. The TLC Family Ministry meets on the last Saturday of the month from 9:30-10:30am in room 104 (behind the organ). Anyone serving in a caregiver capacity (or anticipate doing so) is welcome to attend for encouragement and fellowship with other Antioch caregivers. "United" Worship, June 28: Lilburn Christian Church has invited us, along with many Christian churches in North Georgia, to join them for a night of powerful worship through song. Singing will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by a BBQ dinner at 6:00. If you plan to ride the church bus, we're meeting at Antioch at 3:30. Please sign up in the foyer. Josh, John, and their families are definitely going, and they would love your company!


 

Vacation Bible School

Emerald Crossing: A Journey Through Psalm 23

July 12th-15th 5:30pm-8:30pm



 The Right Weigh...God’s Way will be hosting a Summer PopUp class on July 13th. This is a free faith and fitness class for ladies that meets at 6:00pm on these evenings.



The Men's Bible Study is taking a break and will begin again on August 4th. When we start back up we will be studying Ezekiel. We will meet on Tuesday mornings at 9:00 each week when the group resumes.


 

Wednesday Evening meals and services will resume August 12th and now is a great time to consider joining a cook team or starting your own. Teams typically cook 4 times each school year. This is a great way to serve here at church! If you have any questions, or would like to volunteer, please call our church office.


 

Our Antioch Seniors group will be taking a break for the summer. Outings will pick back up in September. This group gets together on the 3rd Thursday of each month, usually for a lunch outing. Mark your calendars so that you can begin to join them!

As our classrooms grow, we are in need of more volunteers! Our opportunities to serve are as simple as committing to a once every 4-6 month rotation! The lessons and activities are completely prepared in advance for you! Our biggest needs at the moment are 1st Service Nursery and Toddler, 2nd Service Nursery and Sunday School Nursery and Toddler! Please contact Ashley Cox if any of these opportunities interest you!

Antioch STUDENT MINISTRIES (TEENS)

If you need help covering the cost, let us know, and we'll handle it discreetly! The most important thing to us is that everyone has a chance to participate!

  • May 24, Jesus Place: Come worship with and serve this homeless community in Atlanta! Students will need money for lunch on the way home.
  • May 24, Thirst @ the Park: Join us at Sequoyah Park @ 5:00 for games. We'll head to Bruster's for ice cream at 6:00.
  • May 31-June 5: Senior 1 @ NGCC: Rising 9th graders through college freshmen can join us for a week at North Georgia Christian Camp!
  • June 7, Pool Party: Join us after church from 12:00 to 2:00 at the Meadow's home for swimming and pizza!
  • June 21-25: Teener 2 @ NGCC: Rising 6th-8th graders can join us for a week at North Georgia Christian Camp!
  • July 12-15, Vacation Bible School: Ask how you can serve!
  • July 22, Rome Emperor's Game: Join us in our own private suite with unlimited food, drinks, and a great view of the game! The cost is $20/person.

Nursery Volunteers Needed

We need volunteers for our Wednesday night nursery (7:00-8:00) and for our Sunday School nursery (9:30-10:30). If you would like to be put on the rotation, please call or e-mail the church office.


Overseas Military Addresses Needed

If you know a loved one in the military (currently deployed), please e-mail the church office their address. our Women's Ministry would like to send them a care package. Thank you!
