Thanksgiving Turkeys for MUST Ministries: For many years we have collected “turkey money” to help our friends at MUST Ministries distribute a Thanksgiving meal to those in need in our community. Donations given by check need to have “Must Turkeys” written in the memo, or you may give online and selecting "Must Turkeys" from the drop down funds menu. Donations will be collected until Nov 10th.

Operation Christmas Child:  We had such a wonderful response to our last donation request. Thank you! We are on the home stretch - We will have our Packing Party next Sunday, November 10 from 1pm-4pm. Please join us to pack these boxes that are a tangible gift to bring the Good News and Great Joy to children around the world – one shoebox at a time.

November 12—Widows and Friends Ministry “Friendsgiving”: Those who would like to contribute are encouraged to bring a dish to share. Turkey and Ham will be provided. Your dish can be storebought or homemade—it REALLY doesn't matter!! The fun will begin at noon in the fellowship hall.

November 20—Thanksgiving Dinner:  Everyone in our church family and community is invited to join us for a delicious Thanksgiving dinner. We will be serving from 5:30-7:00 for those who may want to come after they get off work. There is no cost for this event and classes will also be dismissed so that everyone can enjoy a time of fellowship. Please sign up in the foyer. Our menu will be: turkey, dressing, gravy, creamed potatoes, green beans, glazed carrots, squash casserole, pineapple casserole, fruit salad, cranberry sauce, rolls, and desserts.

November 21—Antioch Seniors: We will be taking the bus and leaving Antioch at 10:30 to eat at Sweet Magnolia Café (118 Main St, Gainesville) A sign up sheet has been placed in the side foyer.

As our classrooms grow, we are in need of more volunteers! Our opportunities to serve are as simple as committing to a once every 4-6 month rotation! The lessons and activities are completely prepared in advance for you! Our biggest needs at the moment are 1st Service Nursery and Toddler, 2nd Service Nursery and Sunday School Nursery and Toddler!   • December 29, Jesus Place: This is an opportunity to worship with and serve the homeless community in Atlanta! We'll meet at Antioch at 7:30, drive to Jesus Place, grab lunch @ The Cookout on the way home, and return between 1:00 and 1:30.
  • January 10-12, Tennessee Christian Teen Convention: This is a middle & high school conference in Gatlinburg, TN. The cost is $99 (but if you need help with that, let us know). To ensure your spot, sign up with Josh ASAP! To help us take advantage of the early bird registration, try to sign up with Josh by October 1. (You can sign up afterward as long as spots remain.)
  • February 1, Extreme Hide & Seek: Details TBA
  • February 9, Super Valentine's Day Bowl Party @ Thirst: Details TBA
  • February 28, All-Nighter: Details TBA
