Our Tuesday Morning Moms Bible Study is getting ready to begin reading "What happens when women say yes to God and walk in faith" by Lysa TerKeurst! If you plan to join us at 9:30am in the Teen Center for this study, let Ashley Cox know and she will get you a book!

Prayer Meeting: On Thursday mornings, the sanctuary will be open from 6:15-7:15 for anyone who would like to receive prayer, pray over others, or simply pour out their hearts to God.

April 18—Antioch Seniors: This month, our senior adults will be going out to lunch at Last Catch. The church bus will be leaving at 10:30. Please sign up in the foyer if you’re planning to go.

Our Friday Morning Ladies Bible Study start the (viewing only no Homework) of Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer on April 19th at 9:30 in the fellowship hall. “All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. The enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed for the occasion. The Armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer's inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory.”

April 20—Men’s Fellowship Breakfast—9:00—fellowship hall

April 21—Bridal Shower for Bradley Maddox and Madison Rudnik: Bradley and Madison will be married very soon, and we want to shower them with all the love they deserve from their church family. All ladies are invited to attend at 5:00 in the fellowship hall. The happy couple is registered at TheKnot.com.

Three years ago, the TLC Family Ministry was formed to encourage and support members of our church family who find themselves in the “Caregiving Season of Life” and what follows. This ministry is not only for those in our church family caring for an aging parent (both near and far) but also includes those caring for a spouse, child or grandchild – even a neighbor or close friend. This ministry seeks guidance from His word as we fellowship with others who understand and are walking the same path. We share prayers and praises as we encourage one another. Jesus is the perfect example of compassion and caring. God is faithful to provide strength, joy and cheer for us. We meet the last Saturday of the month from 9:30-10:30am in the choir room. The next meeting will be Saturday, April 27. For more information contact either Kari Cowart (770-653-0286) or Linda King (770-861-6115).

May 4—Operation Christmas Child Craft Day: Join us for a fun morning making jump ropes and jewelry for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. We will meet from 10:00-1:00 in the fellowship hall. All supplies will be provided.

May 8—Ladies Dinner: While we call this a ladies dinner, it is truly a time for everyone in the church family to come together and enjoy a meal and time of fellowship. David Williams is coordinating a delicious dinner, and there will be a special program to follow. Please sign up in the foyer if you will be attending.

North Georgia Christian Camp: Take advantage of NGCC's early bird rate by registering at www.christiancamp.net. While your children are welcome to attend any the camp's programs, Antioch will be taking groups to Senior 1 (June 2-7), Middler 1 (June 9-13), Musical Theater (June 16-22), Beginner 2 (June 20-22), and Teener 2 (June 23-28). If you have questions or need financial assistance, see Josh or Ashley.

VBS will be July 14-17th, and the theme is 'The Great Jungle Journey: an epic cruise from Genesis to Revelation'! There are information packets in the main foyer, side foyer and also in Recharged. If you are interested in possibly volunteering but want to know what that could look like, pick one up! There is no commitment by grabbing a packet, but there is also a sign up located in the side foyer if and when you decide to volunteer!
