November 16—Family Fellowship Breakfast
This time of year we like to invite the whole family to enjoy a delicious breakfast and fellowship time with one another. There will be crafts and activities for the family. Make plans to join us at 9:00 in the fellowship hall.
November 17—Family Sunday
All children aged Pre-K and above will worship together with their families in the sanctuary. Bruce will be preaching and we will have a special video by our Holy Hands puppet team. Come a few minutes early so you don’t miss the video! There are also some other surprises that we are working on for worship!
November 17—Fall Festival Take 2
Join us from noon-3:00. We will have games to play, tickets to win, and a Fall Festival Store to visit. We will also have a cake walk. Lunch will be served immediately following our 10:30 service. Come downstairs and enjoy a time of fellowship with your whole family! (If you would be willing to bring a baked item for our cake walk, see Mr. Bruce)
November 20—Thanksgiving Dinner
The staff will be preparing Thanksgiving Dinner for our Wednesday evening meal that begins at 5:30. If you will be joining us, please sign up in the foyer.
November 21—Antioch Seniors
We are taking a trip to Talking Rock!! This group of active adults will be going to Bigun’s BBQ (362 Carns Mill Rd, Talking Rock, GA 30175) for lunch. The church bus will be leaving at 10:45. Please sign up in the foyer and let us know if you will be riding the bus or meeting at the restaurant.
November 24—Hanging of the Greens
Join us in the fellowship hall on Sunday evening at 5:30 to help decorate for Christmas! We will have a BBQ dinner together and spend the evening getting the church ready for the Christmas Season.
Our Women’s Ministry will begin sorting Christmas cards on November 24th. Delivery will begin on December 1st. If you have cards that need to be handed out, please place them in the container in the foyer. In order to help the ladies sort them faster, please put your cards in alphabetical order with the LAST NAME listed first. There will also be church cook books available at the card table for a $10 donation.

December 1—Special Concert
Randy and Amy Farmer will be here for both of our morning services with a Christmas concert and message.
December 3-Widows Ministry
Come and enjoy a "Country Christmas Brunch" at 11:30 in the fellowship hall. Sign up in the foyer if you would like to attend.
December 7—Christmas Parade
Come out and enjoy the parade around the Historic Downtown Canton Loop that begins at 6:00. For the past several years Antioch has participated in the parade. If you would like to dress up and walk along with our float, see Jason Hatten.
December 8—Choir Christmas Cantata
Join us at 6:00 as our choir presents “Waiting for Christmas”.
Christmas is not far away and plans are already being made that anyone is welcome to bring poinsettias to place in the sanctuary in memory of or honor of loved ones. You may start placing your poinsettias in the church on December 8th and plan to remove after the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. There will be a clip board in the foyer for you to leave the information about the poinsettias you will be placing. PLEASE don't forget to fill out this form so that we may list and recognize your loved ones.
December 10— Ladies’ Christmas dinner
The annual ladies’ Christmas dinner is being catered by Carriage House Catering. Dinner will be served at 6:00 in the fellowship hall. Reservations are $20 and will be taken at the reservation station in the foyer on Sunday mornings through November 29th. Mark your calendars and plan to join us, all ladies are invited! If you would like to participate in the ornament exchange, which is optional, please bring a wrapped ornament. Also, make sure to reveal your Secret Sister by December 9th. New Secret Sisters will be drawn at the dinner.
We would like to put together a bereavement team to serve funeral meals here at the church. If you would be interested in helping on an as needed basis, please contact the church office.
This Christmas season, the students are collecting money during Sunday Night Thirst to buy Christmas gifts for 25 foster kids in Cherokee County. If you would like to partner with the teens see Andy.
